Dennis and Sunshine have lived in Encinitas for over 10 years and are very involved in the community. They were awarded Encinitas Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors of the Year in 2004 and 2000. Dennis is past president of the Encinitas Lions Club. Sunshine is a member of the San Elijo College Choir and WBC (a women's networking group.)
